The mechanisms of setup ethical banking in Iranian banking system

Ethical banking as a kind of banking method along has conventional goals, try to respect to rights of people, preservation stability of economic and social system, maintenance of environment, revival public trust and confidence to banking industry, help to improvement quality of life.
In this paper, after introduction of ethical banking and its goals, we propose the mechanisms of setup ethical banking in Iranian banking system in tree sections "specify principles of ethic", "codify ethical codes" and "remark operation structures". The first section includes ethical tenets, regulations & constitution and foreign experiences; the second section includes ethical codes of inside of bank, interbank and ultra-bank and the third section includes inform & education, supervision & detection, scrutiny & rating and so reform & improvement.
Finally we survey the important limitations of setup ethical banking in Iranian banking system
