Judicial independence: Precondition of Development of Citizens Right's (Comparative Study on International Standards and Constitutional Law of Iran)

Citizenship rights is recognizable as the substantial measure of the development of a country; if the internal sources of citizenship rights become more rich and if governmental bodies and privet sector respect them the condition will be more satisfied. In according to article hundred fifty six of constitution of Iran judicature is obliged to revival citizen's rights. The aim of the present research is proposing an approach to the citizenship rights development
at judicial activities. An independent judiciary provides required tools to guarantee rule of law and accountability inside and outside itself; the high goal is development of citizen's rights.
