Comparison between thoughts that have cause create political and social evolution in a society, is very important. In tow period of current history Iran, have two political thoughts on Islam base is important, that is effective on evolutions after own. They are Legitimate Constitutional that created by Sheikh Fazlallah Nouri in Constitutional Revolution and Jurisconsult Leader (Velayat Faghih) that created by Imam Khomeini in before Islamic Revolution. this essay goal is comparison between this tow political thoughts, and its research method of essay is comparative analysis. In conclusion, Sheikh Fazlallah Nouri in own political thought (Legitimate Constitutional) wants to keep the King and Monarchy and implement the Islamic law, and Imam Khomeini in own political thought (Jurisconsult Leader) wants Fall the Monarchy and implement the Islamic law with establish Islamic Government. Sheikh Fazlallah Nouri’s political thought can’t keep the Monarchy whit tyranny, but Imam Khomeini’s political thought can establish Islamic System.
