A study on the meta-analysis of cultural intelligence research in the organization

This study deals with the identification of cultural intelligence consequences using meta-analysis approach . The purpose of this study based on goal is descriptive and type of use is applied. The study population included 70 dissertations, Thesis and cultural intelligence research that 23 sample selected using non-random purposefully method for meta-analysis. The identification reliability via the agreement of the Referees in selecting the researches and Their categorization, The Coding Reliability was obtained via The agreement of the Referee on the use of specific concepts to variables Coding and significance and Effect size Reliability was obtained via an Agreement on effect size calculation between two meta-analyzer. Findings showed that among 18 variables, 8 variable has a high effect size (more than 0/5), 4 variable has a low effect size (between 0/1 – 0/3) and 10 variable average effect size(0/3 – 0/5). The results showed that the variable of productivity, quality of work life and social capital had the greatest effect size. And problem solving, transformational leadership and emotional intelligence had the lowest effect size.
