Effects of selective resistive economics indexes on economic growth in Iran

The path of progress and development in every country is different with other countries according to its situation. The special conditions and characteristics of Islamic republic of Iran and the sanctions imposed by the enemies on the other hand caused to introduce "resistance economy" by the leader of Iran. In this study, long-term and short-term effects of selective resistance economy indexes (knowledge economy, adjustment of consumption behavior, reduction of oil dependence, people contribution in country’s macro decisions) on economic growth is examined. The model is based on the Cobb Douglas production function and an ARDL models is used to estimate the effects of selective resistance economy indexes on economic growth. The results show that the resistive economy indexes have positive and significant long term effect and positive short term effect on economic growth. Therefore, due to importance of resistive economy in economic growth of Iran, resistive economy should absorb special attention of overall people.
