Abstract:
Introduction
Health units compared with other Organizational offices and services, with the issue of corporate social responsibility, moral and humanitarian work have been dealing in the vulgar sense. Hence, the present study to "Studying the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on job attitude employees Health Centers of Ilam" is done.
Materials and Methods
Regarding the purpose and functional conclusion, and in terms of gathering data correlative- descriptive research, whose population consists of all employees in health center of Ilam city among which 185 individuals were selected as the sample of study through Cochran's formula with a random sampling way. In order to collect data, standard questionnaire of Carool (1991) Corporate Social Responsibility and self-made questionnaire job attitude were applied, whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability of (0.91) was determined by Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation factor and regression analysis in SPSS.
Findings: Obtained findings indicated that among these aspects Corporate Social Responsibility: Humanitarian, Ethical, legal and Economic; have a significant relation with Humanitarian responsibility and legal liability on job attitude employees of the health center Ilam city. Also, does not significant relationship between other two aspects; Ethical and Economic responsibility on job attitudes.
Discussion &
Conclusions
Considering the relationship between the two aspects of social responsibility, the responsibility of voluntary (services and collaboration regardless of time and money) and legal responsibility (compliance and stewardship provisions) on job attitudes employees health center in Ilam city that had the mission of these centers were in the minds of researchers. Accordingly, anticipate to senior managers to preserve and strengthen positive attitude to these two aspects of social responsibility, ethical responsibility (expectations of the organization) should be paid special attention. Also, there is no meaningful relationship between economic responsibility (activities and economic activities for profit) on job attitudes regarding the organization's mission.
