Relationship between Quantum Management Skills and Staff Readiness for Organizational Change

The objective of the study was to study the relationship between quantum management skills and employee readiness for organizational change in Educational Organizations of Hamedan City. The research methodology was descriptive in terms of correlational. Statistical population included all the employees of educational organizations in Hamedan city, who were 512 people, of which 226 people were selected for the study by random relatively stratified sampling method. Two questionnaires of quantum management skills and employee readiness for organizational change have been used to collect data. Reliability measurement was estimated %86, %80, respectively, with Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data have been analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the average of manager's quantum management skills and employee readiness for organizational change of employees in educational organizations in Hamadan were higher than the average level (3). There was a positive and significant relationship between quantum management skills and staff readiness for organizational change at 0/0001 level. The results of regression analysis indicated that thinking and quantum trust components had the most predictive effect on the readiness for employee change.
