Anger and sabotage the football audience and its relationship with quality of service in a sports stadium

The purpose of this research, the study of anger and sabotage the football spectators in the stadiums and their relationship to quality of service and the correlation method. The statistical population included was all the spectators of Persian Gulf League Cup(Period Fourteenth). The sample population was consisted of 800 spectators at the 8 stadium in the Stadium of 100 questionnaires were distributed to convenient sampling. Research tool was include Dor Andish’s quality of service questionnaire (2011) with reliability (α=0.82) and researcher made questionnaire of behavioral characteristics. That it’s validity with using Lavish model (CVI=918), face validity with in terms of academic experts and its construct validity was assessed using confirmatory factor analysis. And its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha (α=0.82). To describe the data, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, percent, frequency, etc.) and the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to test the hypotheses. All statistical analyzes were performed using statistical software spss21. The results showed that anger is ranked first with an average of 2/90 ± 0/91 and 1/65 ± 0/97 is in second place with an average of vandalism. The findings also indicate a significant relationship between sports stadiums service quality and amount of vandalism, (P 0/05).
