Validation of Organizational Commitment Patterns, Educational Organizations of Marine Sciences

The purpose of this study was to present a model for promoting organizational commitment in marine science education organizations. The research method is descriptive of survey type. The statistical population of this study is the total number of 1872 staff members of marine educational organizations. They were selected by random sampling method of 350 people. The research tool was developed using existing questionnaires and theoretical foundations. By implementing it in the initial samples, the questions that had a low correlation were deleted. The validity of the test was estimated to be 0.86 using the Cronbach Alpha. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, after evaluating the adequacy of the sampling (kmo) and the Bartlett sprite test, factor analysis was carried out based on the main components analysis method. The results showed that the four factors totally explained 89.9% of the total variance of the variables. In the final stage, using the Varimax rotation, the factor matrix was obtained by the simple structure of the factors and the factors named: positive personal feelings toward the job and organization, the management's effective attention to the individual, the management's effective attention to the job success of the individuals and the encouragement of the job. Considering these four factors affecting the promotion of organizational commitment, its conceptual model was designed and then an appropriate tool for identifying the level of organizational commitment with respect to the main components and the software component of the tool for determining the level of commitment of the organization was presented.
