Despite achieving some relative success of communities and neighborhoods have often failed to meet the expectations of the people of the villages in the pursuit of "social sustainability and spatial" appropriate level of all indicators, including the promotion of "quality of life" This research is funded by choosing diverse and targeted three different residences in the neighborhood or the city of Qom -Ayrany to investigate and analyze and compare them. This comparative study with descriptive-analytic method is causal-comparative survey.
