Abstract:
Introduction
The issue of the administrative health of the police forces is of particular importance due to the special blend of all kinds of people's lives. Between all sections and units of the police force, passport police are of particular importance due to the impact that the entry and exit of Iranian citizens and foreigners has. The purpose of this study is to achieve the status of the administrative health experience of citizens in referring to the passport police units or officers.
Method
This is an applied research in terms of objective and in the method of collecting data, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the people referred to the passports offices of the provincial centers of the country. The sample size in each province was calculated using the Cochran formula, and for each province, at least 400 people and 16990 people in total were predicted. The sampling method was a targeted random sampling and, sampling centers were by the passport offices or passport stations at airports. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The validity of the tool was confirmed by the experts and researchers. By carrying out a pilot test of 100 questionnaire, the reliability of the personal and impersonal experience structures was confirmed based on the internal consistency (alpha coefficient). To analyze the data, in addition to calculating central inclination and dispersion indices such as mean and standard deviation in the inferential analysis, independent t-test and dual-analysis variance analysis have been used.
Findings
The findings of the study showed that the average personal experience about administrative health of the passport police was 7.98 and the average personal experience was 7.54 on a scale of 10.
Conclusion
The scores of the administrative health experience showed that, those who personally referred to the passport units or faced with their agents stated the level of administrative health of the passport officers more than they had heard from others. In other words, hearings about administrative corruption in the police has been more than the experienced events by individuals.
