The Impact of Social Capital on Political Participation (kohgiluyeh young people aged 20-35) in the first term of the presidency of Hassan Rouhani

This paper examines the impact of social capital on the political participation of young people aged 35 to 20 years old in kohgiluyeh . In order to achieve this goal, among the various components of social capital, the impact of characteristics such as social relations, social trust, and social commitment on the political participation of these individuals was studied. The research method is a survey and data gathering tool is valid and reliable questionnaire. The statistical population of the study was kohgiluyeh youth aged 20-35 years old. The sample size was 95% based on the Cochran formula and the sampling error was 5% including 384 people. The data obtained from the structural equations showed that the T (502/20) is outside the critical interval (the value of t is greater than 1.96) Thus, with a probability of 95%, the researcher's claim that "social capital has a significant effect on political participation" Will be confirmed. And given that the beta coefficient (0.799) was positive, social capital had a positive and significant effect on political participation.
