The Effective Factors on Organizational Entrepreneurship towards Resistive Economy

Entrepreneurship is necessary for the success of the revolutionary patterns toward the resistive economy. Resistive economy converts the sovereignty system into opportunities and reinforce domestic forces and focused on internal creativity. Entrepreneurship is one of the undeniable elements of this economy. The present survey aimed to explore the effective factors on corporate entrepreneurship in the form of a model. This survey was conducted using field study method. Experts and mangers of a public organization in Tehran province were the statistical population. Simple random sampling was used for the whole population, because it was small. Questionnaire was tool of data collection and the response rate was equal to 107. Conceptual model of the survey was developed using research background. SPSS software was employed to analyze the hypotheses proposed in the model and goodness of the model was tested through Amos software. Based on the results, the three factors considered in the conceptual model (organizational culture, activities of human resources management, and employee satisfaction) have a positive and significant effect on corporate entrepreneurship. This is also confirmed by the results of analyzing the model’s goodness.
