Introducing a decision support system for supervision on Islamic facilities using a fuzzy approach

Increasing the number and volume of banking transactions is a way for making benefits for them but occurring of fraud is a main concern that banks are confronting with. The accordance of services and products and facilities with Islamic rules is another main concern in Islamic banks. Also spending the Islamic facilities for purposes rather that what they have defined for, makes them as non-Islamic services. Following and assessing all arrived requests for using Islamic facilities is both complicated and also labor intensive. In this paper by using the hidden knowledge in historical data and documents, and also using expert opinions the normal patterns for Islamic facilities requests has been modeled. Fuzzy membership functions are used for estimating the deviation of each requests from normal patterns. This system can help Islamic bankers as a decision support system which is fast, exact and automatic
