The Critical Study, Challenge and Implication of IRAN’s Fractional Reserve Banking System

IRAN’S Economy have many restrictions in field of financial and banking system and These restrictions increased during extension of international sanction. However cannot be seen any reform in banking system. In this regard this paper attempts to explain major problem of IRAN,s fractional banking system which it has surrounded. These indications contains; eligible banking, fractional banking, disequilibrium and stagnation and asset banking which is less than liabilities and its debts. Also paper compares development plans and contradictions of this planning for solution of problems which is mentioned. Finally, paper suggests many approach for passing those problems.
