Design and Simulation an Optimum Direct Radiomete for 84 GHz Central Frequency and Optimum Image Processing Procedure

Abstract:
In this paper, a direct radiometer system in 84 GHz are designed and simulated for Passive Millimeter Waves (PMMW). Using a variety of parts defined in the library of DSP, hardware stages of signal processing systems simulate passive reception and a more complete and accurate assessment of the system performance is presented. Then, to evaluate the designed system, output image obtained from system design is formed. After the formation of the image, due to the PMMW images are inherent blurred images, reform processes and improvement of the visual quality of images are performed. In the image processing section, new proposals for super-resolution, fusion and applied them were presented, respectively. Methods are performed on the output images and due to improve the output images. These improvements in super-resolution and fusion are edge enhancement of concealed objects and 10 percent improvement in fusion process based on Qabf criteria.
