The effect of emotional intelligence through mobile education on job satisfaction among female staff of Yazd Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences

People with high emotional intelligence are more likely to have more satisfaction with life, enjoying a family environment and sharing their feelings with others. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence through mobile education on job satisfaction among female staff of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences in Yazd.
This is a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with control group. A Job Satisfaction questionnaire (JDI) was used to assess job satisfaction of employees. Out of the staff of the School of Health, female staff were selected by a total number of 50 people. Emotional intelligence topics were taught to the experimental group through mobile training for 5 weeks. After 40 days, then the job satisfaction questionnaire was completed in both control and test groups.
The results showed that training Mobile emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, satisfaction with work, satisfaction with coworkers and supervisor satisfaction of female employees School of Public Health there were significant effects (P 0.05). The results also showed that there was a significant relationship between job satisfaction and demographic characteristics (age, education, work experience and marriage) among female employees (P Discussion and Considering that the effect of mobile learning on emotional intelligence on female employee's job satisfaction has been confirmed, it is suggested that university administrators emphasize this intelligence in order to benefit from their improvement in employee job satisfaction and their impact on others.
