The Study of Components of Islamic Social Asset in Education Fundamental Reform Document of Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract:
The aim of present research was to study components of Islamic social asset in Education about Fundamental Reform Document. The research was the mixed classed exploratory exploration and it was used as both quantitative and qualitative methods. Statistical population consisted of verses and Hadith and the Education about Fundamental Reform Document. In the qualitative section, by deductive-inductive text analysis method, the components of Islamic social asset educed in the form of three dimensions cognitive, relational and structural, from preceding studies and Islamic sources and subcomponents of each were Extracted. In the quantitative part, framework Krippendorff (2004) content analysis was used to analyze, by assigning the code to each of the categories extracted in the qualitative section and content analysis, the frequency of each category in seven chapters of the document was recorded as a whole. According to the research findings, in order to strengthen the structural dimension of Islamic social asset in organization and society, the existence of Islamic leadership and relationship based on brotherhood between members of society is necessary. In the cognitive dimension, the basic element is the trust that must be grown between the leader and the members as well as among members of the community. It is also emphasized to strengthen the relational dimension, by growing the religious norms should be and the Abnormalities should be eliminated, which are called in the term "Maroof and Monkar". The study in the quantitative section indicated that in Fundamental document, structural dimension 49%, cognitive dimension 22% and relational dimension 29% has been discussed and has been noticed.
