Relationship Between Spiritual Leadership and Spiritual Intelligence with Empowerment of Teachers

The Present Research Was Conducted To Investigate The Relationship Between "Spiritual Leadership", "Spiritual Intelligence" With The Empowerment Of Female Teachers In The First Level of High School of District 2 of Ahvaz. The Research Method was Descriptive-Correlative. The Statistical Population of this Study Consisted All of Female Teachers In The First Level of High School of District 2 of Ahvaz (442 Females) Using Stratified Random Sampling That 206 of Them Were Selected. Three Questionnaires of " Fry Spiritual Leadership", " King Spiritual Intelligence", and " Spreitzer Empowerment" Were Used To Collect Data.
