The Study of the Effect of Establishing Monetary Valuation System on Personnel Performance in Iran Airline Industry Organization (SOHA)

In today's competitive world, organizations can remain in this turbulent world that can use their resources in the best way. Manpower is one of the most important organizational resources and the secret of organizations success is the Management of these resources. The personnel should know organization expectations and their own performance for promoting their efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, the monetary evaluation of personnel as the important assets of organization and continuous evaluation of human resources are Organizational requirements. In this research, first The monetary value of human resources is calculated based on the cost of education, resignation and replacement of employees (considering the amount of participation of each individual in creating and developing the organizational knowledge and employees with regard to the participation in the creation and development performance in creating value added monetary period). At the next step personnel performance was calculated after informing them the results of the research shows that there is a difference between personnel’s performance before and after knowing their own monetary value. Also the results of the research imply that in the society of the case study, knowing the status of monetary value has a positive effect on performance indicators and of personnel behavior.
