Identifying and Leveling Components of Jihadi Organizational Culture in Cultural NGO Organizations

The purpose of this article is to extract and level the components of jihadi culture in cultural NGO organizations. The type of research is combined with the qualitative content analysis method and the Interpretative-Structural Method (ISM). For this purpose, all the texts of the previous study were investigated, and by using the qualitative content analysis method, components of jihadi culture in the cultural NGO organizations were extracted and confirmed by experts. Subsequently, by interpretive-structural method, these components have leveled, and then by examination of texts related to Jihadi culture, seven components were extracted which are as follows: being the proponent of the Absolute Rule of Jurisdiction, integrated Jihadi lifestyle, meeting the needs of the revolution and the country, being of people, ethical qualities, being science-oriented and being organizational. Based on the findings of the paper, components of the integrated jihadi lifestyle, and being the proponent of the Absolute Rule of Jurisdiction have the greatest influence on the formation of other components, while they have mutual effects on each other. At the next level, the components of being organizational and then the components of the ethical qualities and meeting the needs of the revolution and the country (at one level) and being of people are the most effective components. Science-oriented is the most influential component in the jihadi culture of these organizations, which of course, does not mean it is low effective in the process of achieving goals in the organization.
