Article Type:
Case Study (ترویجی)

The main purpose of the researcher is to investigate the relationship between social health and career progression and the chronic deterioration of teachers of the first high school in Parsian. In order to execute this research, 140 teachers of the first high school were randomly selected as samples. The method of this research is escriptive correlational. Data were collected using the Key Health Social Questionnaire, the Job Mobility Scale and the Chaldean Burnout Scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS20 using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, multivariate regression and focal correlation. Finally, statistical results show that there is a significant relationship between social health and chronic exhaustion and job desire. By increasing social health, the desire for job increases and decreases in teachers’ chronic health. Also, in this study, the results of focal correlations indicated that social inclusion was the most important explanation for the job change variable. And the strongest relation in the first dimension of the focal length between the variable of job desire is from the variables of the first set (dependent) and the component of social participation from the variables of the second set (independent).
