The role of knowledge management in building of staff entrepreneurship capacity and development of learning organization(Case Study: Bahman Group staff in Tehran and Karaj)

In today's world, organizations are able to realize their vision and goals that need special attention to entrepreneurial capacity and capabilities of their staff. In this context, knowledge management can be used to enhance Abilities of employees, recognition of their merit and etc is a critical factor. The main objective of this study was to investigate the impact of knowledge management on promoting and developing entrepreneurship capacity staff learning organization.This study was descriptive-survey and the statistical population includes all staff in the center of Tehran and Karaj Bahman group with 180 people(by simple random sampling). The data were analyzed through correlation and regression tests and other related tests.results in first model showed that knowledge management directly Influence on staff entrepreneurship capacity than to learning organization, while the impact of learning organization on staff entrepreneurship capacity is insignificant. the second model showed that knowledge management directly on learning organization has significant impact, while the Influence of staff entrepreneurship capacity on learning organization is insignificant. also, in relation to the performance of two variables entrepreneurship capacity and staff learning organization we conclude that by improving staff entrepreneurship capacity, there is the possibility of creating and developing a learning organization. of course the opposite of this relationship is possible.
