Impact analysis intermediate knowledge management components at human resource performance improvement (Case study:)

Present paper purpose studies the relationship between knowledge management human resources performance based on knowledge management blocks model introduced by Prost et al(2000).
In terms of nature, this a descriptive survey while it is an applied one in terms of purpose. Its population consists of 370 employees in petrochemical companies located in South Pars Economic Energy Special Zone.A questionnaire was used to collect data. SPSS21 and LISREL8.80 software packages are used for data analysis. All data were analyzed by descriptive – inductive statistical tests (Kolmogorov – Smirnov, single t-test, Freedman, Spearman, average standard deviation and step-by-step regression).
