Green framework Human Resources Management in the Steel Industry (Case study: Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company.)

The purpose of this study was to design a green human resources management model in the steel industry. The statistical population of this research is Isfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method, except combined (qualitative-quantitative) research. The interview method was used to design the research model. To do this, by conducting 25 interviews, the original research model was designed based on the Harvard Human Resource Model. The analysis method has been used to analyze the interviews. To test the reliability of the model based on interview results, the strategy of verifying participants of the research was used. In a quantitative section, a questionnaire designed according to the model was designed to validate the designed model based on interviews and this model was analyzed using analytical structures. In the quantitative section, the statistical population was 380 people. The sample size was 181 according to the Morgan table. The content validity of the questionnaire was used to assess the validity of the method using the views of the professors and experts and to determine the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha.
