Evaluation of the Factor Affect to the Adoption of Enterprise Gamification to Improve Behavioral Outcomes

Abstract:
Major important and valuable challenges that today's organizations face, engagement gap and how to motivate employees with intrinsically lowest engagement and motivation of their job activities. Gamification is a real activity which is determined through a skill-based game system that leads to learn the benefits of the correct labor behavior, even in the absence of external mediators to continue the engagement with personal desire. These behavioral outcomes in organizations are related to changes in employee's behavior, develop skills and innovation. The aim of this study is to evaluate the behavioral desire and the factors related to this technology adoption. The following survey is descriptive and the analysis unit is the rural water and sewage organization of Fars province with a statistical Society of 240 and 147 statistical samples including staff who deal with either specialized software or administrative automation or both, with at least 1 year work experience. Sampling is non-random and purposive and data is collected by questionnaire which is implemented after the workshop. To calculate the reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficients are calculated, and to examine data normality Kolmogorov- Smirnov test and to examine the hypothesis, Spearman, chi- square and Friedman test is used. The results of this study indicates that this technology has been accepted by the staff and they have behavioral intention to do the objective manner and by strengthening the main determinants, we can increase staff's behavioral intention, in addition to improve performance and attitude. There is no significant relationship between the variables and the demographic.
