Forsighting Study of Corporate Entrepreneurship Strategy Antecedents, Case study: The Organization of Tehran Municipality

Organizations to improve customer service levels and maintain its position must be able to develop and implement forsighting and strategic plans. This research focuses on forsighting antecedents of corporate entrepreneurship strategy.The organization of Tehran municipality has been investigatedas a case study. The research based on grounded theory methodology andsystematic interviews with 25 key informants. The main purpose of the article is forsighting analyzing of Corporate Entrepreneurship Strategy antecedents. This forsighting conceptualizing of Corporate Entrepreneurship Strategy based on actual data shows the antecedents of this strategy in Tehran municipality consists of 44 categories in open coding and 14 categories in axial coding that categorize in 3 division: Causal Factors, environmental situations and contextual factors.Finally, based on each of the issues flowing from the research, the results were analyzed and practical recommendations commensurate with the spatial domain are presented.
