Analyzing the enjoyment levels of services in urban system of Kermanshah province, using Taxonomy, Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis models

As an essential part of the field of municipal activities to the public service to citizens, is urban services, a range of municipal activities, including health, security and civil services, but this is often due to lack of clear rules as part of their duties, with a precise program of weakness, lack of distribution facilities and services, only in accordance with the decisions of the managers or experts. so a kind of injustice and the gap in terms of having or lacking in different cities, to achievement of the required services for citizens, also imbalance in the spatial distribution of urban system in Kermanshah province. In this article, first, the urban system of the province, in terms of population studied, then in terms of main indicators of urban services, the cities of the province have been assessed in proportion to the population and through planning models such as TAXONOMY and FACTOR ANALYSIS, Rating and using the CLUSTER MODEL in 5 categories, from very high to very low, have been classified.
At this research was determined that, there is no relationship between the having or lacking of urban services with their needs, and populous cities in terms of the services are located in lower rank.
