Human resource development and human resource movement

This article is essentially involved with investigating the role of human resource developmentin movement of labor force. This study attempted toemphasize the point that educational investment for human resource is the only type of investment which is not only never destroyed and wasted, but also exponentially increased and can’t be measured. In order for human resource development, certain foundations are required the most important of which is education. Generally, in this article, different dimensions of human resource, components and dimensions of human resource development as well as the challenges encountered by the organization in using human resource developmentwere investigated. Thereafter, the necessity of recruiting expert human resource as per the requirements of the organization, development of educational facilities, improvement of human resource and their education and basic requirements to attract and maintain human resource were discussed. At the end, the significant and key role of human resource development in movement of human resource and various types of movement were elaborated. The main message of this article is that human resource development is successful when human resource is viewed scientifically; it emphasizes the necessity for managers toemploy human resource for proper jobs and take their job satisfaction and requirements into account.
