Investigate the role of service support qualities of e-learning learner's in forecast of their motivational strategies

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the role of service support qualities of e-learning learner's in their motivational strategies. Methodology of research was descriptive – correlation. The population of research was Tehran Payam Noor University students, which formed in different sections. This study was a combination of multi-stage cluster sampling, stratified and randomized. Number of samples based Kregci-Morgan table, approximately 500 person was considered. Tools for Data collected included questionnaire of motivational strategies for learning by Pintrich et al. (1993), revised by Duncan and Mckeachi (2005) and quality of Administrative-Education Services questionnaire, the quality of library services questionnaire, the quality of professor's education questionnaire, quality consulting services questionnaire and quality of electronic services via the Web questionnaire was used. For data analyzing used spss.21 and regression testing. The results showed that the quality of services in all areas and components of motivational strategies for learning there was a significant relationship.
