Investigation The Effect of Change Leadership on the Commitment To Change (Case Study: Communication and In Fracture Company)

Studies show that lack of commitment to change one of the important factors is creating inefficiency changes. Commitment to change is the force that causes a person to become involved in processes necessary for successful change. It seems that the leadership role in making the commitment to be altered. The aim of this study is an applied research and in terms of the nature and methods of data collection survey. Communications and infrastructure, which is the study population stratified random sampling method is used for sampling. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data.
