Presenting tourism development model in ilam provinces (case study: the rural of Bisheh deraz of Dehloran)

In Last years many programs started for making use of tourism capacities with purpose of making opportunity in this industry in our country. Among them, we can point to the recognition of target rural tourism and development of necessary substructures at different levels By investment department of Cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism Organization A number of 7 villages of totally 627 villages in Ilam province having more potential in the case of tourism in comparison with others, have been selected by this organization as target rural tourism. Non – introduction of Bishe deraz in Dehloran, despite its high potential made the researcher to belive, That with targeted programming and presenting furtherance strategies, we can profit the capacity of this areas for turn to the target rural tourism. The present research is based on the analysis-descriptive method and it has an applied nature, and it tries to present the definite strategies and programs for access to an appropriate outlook and ideals status by analyzing environmental opportunities and threats as well as inner strength and weakness. to do this, in addition to analysis of the present status of the village, the appropriate space has been shown. also, the considered model of tourism development for Bishe Deraz village to be changed into an target rural tourism will be presented. expanding the inner market (Ilam trottering), the optimum and effective use of human resourses and informing the local people and capitalists about tourism economic profits are of the suggested programs for attaining the considered aims.
