The Roots, Reasons and Low Results Political Development in the Arabian Gulf Societies

The present article tries to get explanation of low development of Arab societies accordingly our argument is this that is Arabic patriarchy as the most enigmatic the cause of this obstruction namely low political development with government and rentier that's mean complete state control on power and economy and an elite paradigm, with systematic political alignment of power shift among insiders and with support the old traditions of these societies as well as the defective and reversal of bureaucracy in process photo rationalizing power and economic system manipulation and create a quasi-market the inversion of expectations that is, the displacement of a political application with consumption, the process of political development suffered with slowness and the consequences of that weak or invisible civil society parties elite and dependent bourgeoisie as well as the legitimacy of the affair, giving and forgiving and putting women away from society has created as a consequence of this policy.
