Designing Organizational Performance Model

The main purpose of this research is designing pattern for performance measurement in Ansar bank. The research is an applied one, using descriptive methods regards to data collection, and it can be considered as a case study. Considering the characteristics of the Ansar bank, a five-dimensional Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model has been developed to Ansar Bank. The population of the research is managers and experts’ Ansar bank, by random Sampling method 175 was selected as a sample. For data analysis were used from descriptive statistical techniques such as mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, charts and tables and also K-S test was used test parametric or nonparametric questionnaire. Prioritization for dimensions based on Friedman's test of the financial dimension in the first priority, the dimension of growth and learning in the second priority, the internal processes in the third priority, the dimension of sustainability in the fourth priority, and finally the ranking of customers in the final ranking. There is a significant relationship between the five dimensions of the measurement model. The relationship between customer dimensions and growth and learning, sustainability and internal processes, financial and internal processes, sustainability, growth, learning and sustainability, and customers are relatively strong.
