A framework for talent and success in higher education

The present study aimed to develop a suitable framework for the process of talent and successor in the higher education system with mixed research approach. First, with extensive study of the literature of the research, we examined and extracted the various dimensions and components of talent and successor, and then the factors extracted by the panel of experts who have one of the two conditions of higher education in the field of human resource management and the teaching of these lessons in the university or occupation at senior levels The management of human resources is universities and higher education institutions. Using Delphi method, Friedman test and Kendall coordination coefficient, six main themes, 18 sub-components and 118 indicators and the final concept were extracted and a coherent framework based on the causal factors of talent and successor (Talent crisis, strategic goals (Responsiveness and flexibility), ground factors (transformational leadership, structures and processes, and academic culture), competence modeling (prospective cognition, identifying key posts and determining key competencies), elitising (evaluating capabilities, building resource banks Key capture and absorption), empowerment (succession treasury, education and development and evaluation), maintenance (performance compensation, participatory motivation, and outlook and outcomes)
