Examening effect connection spirituality on job negative consequences via attachment styles

Existing of working destroyer reflections such as job burn out, job stress and organization pessimism imposes expensive costs & consequences on organization & works: like Absentism & frequentive replacement job and workplace, quality vreduction of service which is provided for client, effecting individuals mental health( mental health of individual), stagnation & delay in the seivise professional and official work, ect. So by considering of job working negative results effects on workers, performance & organization efficiency level, in this paper, it has been tried to reduse these negative consequences by study & servey the effect of spiritual link on working destroyer reflections via workers attechment styles.This reaserch in terms of method is descriptive- correlation & in terms of target is Practical. In this survey, It has been used from questionare for information collection, statistical society includes works of pars-shahab lamp factory(guilan provice), that 158 of factory's population were chosen via Simple classification based on kuokran formula for hypotheses test partial least squares & smart-pls software have been applyed for hypotheses test. Result of this survey shows that spiritual link via individual's attachment styles has a meaning ful effect on working destroyer consequences & reflectins
