Maturity assessment of HRM processes Based on Philips model:(case study: Sazehgostar Saipa)

Given the increasing importance of human resource as the most important asset of an organisation, it’s vital for achieving organisational goals to assess and improve the HRM processes. Therefore,this study aims to assess the HRM processes of the Sazehgostar Co. based on the Philips HRM model and provide solutions for them. The study based on the target is applied and in terms of method's type is a descriptive practice-oriented case study. Data were collected through interviews with HR experts and reviewing organisational documents. The results of the assessment showed that the overall average of the organisation's HRM processes maturity, is at level two. The process of data management and HR systems with a score of five, received the highest score and the organisational capability development, talent management and rewards and recognition processes with a score of one, received the lowest score. HR strategy, employee development, health and safety and internal and external relations Processes gained three scores. The staffing and the performance management processes also achieved two scores. Finally, with regard to the performance gaps derived from the results of the assessment, proposals for Improvement projects and climbing to higher levels of maturity were presented.
