Justice in health sector services with the use of Islamic financing with an emphasis on Waqf

The aim of this study is to evaluate the situation of financing and health justice in Iran and considered the impact of waqf as one of the ways to finance health development. For this, using justly participation index to study the situation of justice in health sector financing and using the descriptive-analytic method to described the effect of waqf on the health development. The results showed though two rates of scrape price and health poverty index are declining but increase tariffs and new medical services to Basic obligations and Insurance without a constant financial support led to problems such as increasing the debt of insurance organizations and on the other hand, the government will not be able to finance the treatment sector alone.
Attracting people's contributions and charitable and transferring health care to non-profit sector and general interest can be effective in promoting economic and social development.
