The relationship of happiness, resilience and academic self-efficacy with academic adjustment of tenth grad boy students

Present research aimed to investigate the relationship of happiness, resilience and academic self-efficacy with academic adjustment of tenth grad boy students. This research was a cross-sectional from type of correlational. Research population were included all tenth grad boy students of Shosh county in 2017-18 academic years that from them 170 people were selected by multistep cluster sampling method. Data collected by the questionnaires of happiness (Argyle & Lu, 1990), resilience (Connor & Davidson, 2003), academic self-efficacy (Jinks & Morgan, 1999) and academic adjustment (Baker & Siryk, 1984). To analyzed data used the methods of Pearson correlation and multiple regression with enter model. The findings showed academic self-efficacy (r=0/327), happiness (r=0/284) and resilience (r=0/195) had a positive and significant relationship with academic adjustment of boy students. Also, academic self-efficacy, happiness and resilience significantly could predict 18/9 percent of variance of academic adjustment of boy students that in this prediction the share of academic self-efficacy was higher than other variables (P
