Assessment and classification of hospital infrastructure, Case study: Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Qom

Today, using comprehensive crisis management plans can be applied to the extent of the severity and extent of damages and incidents caused by hazards through the use of effective measures, along with low-cost and multi-purpose, pre-crisis, preparedness and multi-purpose applications. One of the most important of these measures is the use of passive defense principles as a strategy to reduce risk against various hazards and increase post-risk efficiency, which should be considered at different levels of planning, urban planning and architecture. The main objective of this study is the pathology of one of the most important and critical uses of cities during times of crisis, namely the health center and hospitals, through the evaluation and classification of the infrastructure of Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Qom. The research method is descriptive-analytical and has been gathered from field observation and interviewing technology. So that the classification of the infrastructure based on the threats and asset threat matrix will be accepted in that case. The research results indicate that the most frequent terrorist attacks are car bombings after a rocket attack that has the most serious damage to the hospital. Considering the identification of assets with the importance of infrastructure and the location of each of them in the building floors and determining the basic threat of each asset and prioritization of the building floors, these research findings show that the underground floor, which includes storage spaces, engine room, water supply, Air-conditioning and food, etc.,
