The effects of dietary canola meal protein hydrolysate on some growth performances and blood indices of fry rainbow

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to determine the dietary effects of peptides from enzymatic hydrolysis of canola meal protein with zero (control), 100, 200 and 300 mg of the hydrolyzed protein per kg of feed and the experiments were done in a completely randomized design with triplicates for eight weeks. The results showed that with increasing the amount of hydrolyzed protein in the diet, the specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio in group 4 significantly increased (2.71 ± 0.04) and decreased (1.04 ± 0.01) respectively (P˂0.05). It was also determined that blood cortisol and glucose levels in the second group were decreased in comparison with the control group, but the increase in the dietary peptide increased again.
