The Meta-Analysis of Teaching Quality Survey

Quality is one of the most important issues of our time, not only in industry but also in today's competitive world, in education is more important because the national capital of a country is no money and land, but is the knowledge and trained ; inventive and creative manpower.
This study compared the teachers quality of teaching that was done with method of meta-analysis.
A total of 19 study were identificated through internet search in external databases and 3 study through manual university search of the country then were coded.
The results of the findings showed that the teaching quality in the gender element has a coefficient of 1.80 which is a greater effect on the intensity of the effect. this effect is significant at the level of p It is necessary to attend for issue of quality in education, especially university teaching quality and to provide amenities and to justify the of teaching for teachers.
