Investigating Pathology of Gerontocracy Authority and Civil Authority in Public Domain to Collective Strife Approach (Case Study: Baghmalek City and Ramhormoz City)

This paper reviews the authority status with an emphasis on collective strife and it is a descriptive research. Data collection is done by documentary method and to study on100 cases of communal strife as a sample, 40 in Baghmalek and 60 in Ramhormoz. The other sample is that 16 assemblies in Baghmalek and 19 cases in Ramhormoz have been held with the ethnic and civil desire. The results show that the consequences of conflict, including murder, are more in the Baghmalek’s villages over the town and equals to 25/81%. The findings indicate strife situation in Ramhormoz 75% and strife consequence is, including murder, 95/88% in the city. Importantly, the strife situation and the strife consequence are alarming in Ramhormoz and villages in Baghmalek over Baghmalek and villages of Ramhormoz, respectively. The results have shown a tendency to the clan more than 63% versus 37 % tendency to civil organization in Baghmalek and Ramhormoz. The mediating role "gerontocracy authority" is changing, but the results have shown a tendency to greater sectarian, strife and violence is on the rise and the development of sustainable civil organizations has been diluted. As a result, the public domain is involved with the "pendulum" situation and sometimes "suspending authority" and the decline of social capital. By following such a situation, outbreak of strife and violence was not unexpected. The situation is alarming and disturbing.
