The Survey of Relationship between Staffs Economic-Social Position and Altruism Behaviors (Case Study: Kermanshah Oil Corporation

Abstract:
Social responsibility is one of case study topics for sociologists. This research is trying to study the relationship between, staff’s economic-social position and humanism behaviors by stress on Kermanshah oil corporation staffs. We have used scaling method and questionnaire tool. Statistical society is Kermanshah oil corporation staff that total number of them in 1391 was 1265. For humanism variable evaluation 12 species were used. The result was gathered by using of SPSS software and T tests and variance analysis. The result of variance analysis test shows that economic-social position of responders (profession situation, income balance, social class, education level, welfare facilities, and employment situation), has meaningful impact on humanism behaviors of staffs. We can conclude that average difference of humanism behavior of staffs in different economic-social position was not by chance and with its impact on humanism behaviors according to square 1 statistic , we will except that ./601 of humanism behavior is the result of their economic-social position.
