On the other hand, in the era of innovation, the exchange of information with the surrounding environment is caused change, transformation and even evolution. The purpose of this study was to draw up the flow of information on the loading of standard resources in the library network of Razi Metallurgical Research Center as well as its validation with the rate of use of standards resources. The method of the present study is applied and method of analytical system in a hybrid approach. Also, by observing the reliability criterion, the scientific accuracy of the research is guaranteed and it is a criterion for the validity and reliability of the research. The statistical population includes the standards are used in the laboratory and the sample equals each component or element of the statistical community. Data gathering was done by observing the process of work, then, with documentary and library studies as well as expert interviews. Finally, with the help of the software, the information flow diagrams were plotted, then, with the use of standard sources in the network Library of the Razi Metallurgical Research Center is validated. The findings show the process of information flow and the rate of use of the loading of standards resources. As a result, the lab staff sends their request to the information department if required, then, in order to have quick and timely access to the standard placement in the center's internal network.
