Recognition and Prioritizing the Strategies of University Graduate's Entrepreneurship applying TOPSIS Method (Case Study: Guilan Province)

The present research recognizes and prioritizes the strategies of university graduates’ entrepreneurship among the Master’s Degree graduates of the University of Guilan. At first, statistical society of this research included the specialists and entrepreneurs of Guilan Province and thereafter the Master’s Degree graduates of the University of Guilan. Among the statistical society of the specialists, 20 persons and among the university students, a number of 100 students were selected as sample. In order to data collection, two researcher questionnaires were applied. The first questionnaire paid attention to recognition of strategies that was collected applying the Delphi Method of the pertinent data, and the second questionnaire studied on prioritizing the recognized strategies through applying the TOPSIS Method. Validity and reliability of both questionnaires were verified. On the basis of Thesis of Raeisi (2015) and the studied Articles Collection, 29 strategies were identified, and verified using the Delphi Technique. Strategies were classified in 6 blocks, respectively in appropriate with ecologic situation of the society of the case study.
Directors of business domain may take an action for developing entrepreneurship and selection of appropriate strategy for graduates, through applying the results of this research.
