The relationship between conflict management strategies, creativity with emotional intelligence (Studied managements and employees of militarys in Amol city)

The purpose of this study was the relationship between conflict management strategies and creativity on emotional intelligence in managements and employees of militarys force city Amol. The research is descriptive (correlation). The population consisted of managements and employees of militarys in 1393. Of the population of 165 managements and employees of militarys was selected using multi-stage sampling. conflict management strategies Instrument Rabinz, emotional intelligence questionnaire was Shyryng and creativity questionnaire. Data using Pearson correlation and multiple regression using the same method, SPSS21 (Student) were analyzed. There is a positive relationship between the components of conflict management strategies and creativity and managements and employees emotional intelligence. Regression analysis showed that cooperation, avoidance, contest, adaptation and creativity predict managements and employees emotional intelligence.
