The Role of the Religious Notion in the Effect of Fordyce Happiness Model in the Life of Staff Wives of the Pars Special Economic Zone

The aim of this paper is to study the effect of Fordyce happiness model to increase the happiness of the staff wives of the Pars Special Economic Zone with attention to their religious notion. The research method is: two groups advanced quasi- experimental by utilizing pre and post testing. The statistical population is the staff house wives of the Pars Special Economic Zone that among them, it is selected the special block for the staff of Pars Petrochemical Port that they are 180 persons through Cochran's formula with Simple Random Sampling. The measurement instrument of the research is the happiness questionnaire and religious attitude. The Content validity of the questionnaire which have been approved by 8 psychology experts and it has been used Cronbach’s alpha, (α or coefficient alpha) for the final test which it is./93 ( the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient is 0.,93). In the religious attitude questionnaire, the content validity is approved by the psychology experts and it has been used Cronbach’s alpha, (α or coefficient alpha) for the final test which it is 0,936. Outcomes are there is a meaningful difference between two groups; a group with strong religious attitude and a group with weak religious attitude. The happiness teaching in persons with the strong religious attitude is more effective in the components of life satisfaction –feeling well- and hope than in persons with the weak religious attitude.
