Evaluating and ranking the indicators of cultural development in the city Gstan

Undoubtedly, the highest and most sublime element that is fundamental interference in the existence of the society, culture and society. Basically culture of each community, identity and existence of society and the diversion of culture, though society from the economic, political, industrial and military is powerful, but is empty and hollow.

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the development of the city based on 30 indicators of cultural Golestan in 1392, is. Applied research and in terms of methodology, is analytical. Information needed for research, through documentary and library have been obtained and analyzed data from Excel software and to rank the city of techniques MCDM VIKOR, SAW, TOPSIS and integrate the results with the technique Cup Land was used. Also the rate of Shannon entropy method is used. The study, based on 14 city Golestan province is the political-administrative divisions. The results of this study, according to Copeland method shows that the city was 28/14 percent, 42/71 percent and 28/14 percent had smoked in the category were deprived city. So most of the city's poor and half are in the city that shows the distribution of various indicators of development in the province, there are many inequalities.
