Abstract:
During recent two decades Economic Regulation has been considered as one of the most functionalities of developed and developing countries, all across the world. It is necessory for this kind of regulation which aims to promote competition and prevent monopolies in industries with natural monoloply like; electricity, telecommiunication and transportation industries In this regard, beneficial and effective economic regulation adheres to features which will be discussed in this articl. It is obvious that taking into account and complying with these important features by qualified regulators, economic regulatores and particularly regulatory body will lead to improvement and ease of economic competition in economy and markets. Normative and descriiptive methods of resaearch have been employed for the purpose of research in the present article, and book resources have been used for collecting required information.
